“I urge the EPA to enact the strongest coal and gas fired power plant regulations that they can. I am an epidemiologist and environmental health professor living in Phoenixville, PA, thirty miles outside of Philadelphia. We must do more to protect Americans from the pollutants from these power plants and especially in PA, where the power generating sector is listed as the third-dirtiest in the country, emitting nearly 80 million metric tons of CO2 in 2021.”
