“I live in Phoenix, Arizona. We are experiencing a record 21 day when the temperature has exceeded 110 degrees. This is unsafe for healthy citizens, not to mention seniors who are experiencing homelessness. My work at Justa Center is to provide seniors who are experiencing homelessness with resources and services. I see the suffering every day. This proposed standard will help to mitigate these extreme temperatures.”
