Congress must act to give the Biden Administration the tools it needs to meet the climate test and achieve 50 to 52 percent reductions of carbon pollution by 2030.

Last year, we experienced devastating droughts, hurricanes, severe flooding, and destructive wildfires, with a total price tag of $145 billion. That’s why we need to pass the $555 billion in investments that will deliver on climate, justice, jobs, and clean energy and protect our health and environment.
