Ethanol groups plan to use newly released government data on gasoline demand to urge EPA to reverse its proposed cuts to the 2014 renewable fuel standard (RFS) targets, saying the data show the agency set erroneously lower targets by underestimating the market's ability to blend higher amounts of ethanol into the nation's liquid fuel supply.
